What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you visit our website, register with us, place an order for products or services or make a treatment appointment. The personal data we collect includes contact information, details of your orders and purchases, website usage details and marketing preferences. For certain products and treatments we also need to collect health information. We need this to ensure we provide and advise you on the correct treatment.

How will we use the information about you?

We would like to send you information from time to time about our products and services which may be of interest to you. Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information we hold, please email us at the contract address above. We may request further information from you in order to verify your identify before actioning your request. We will not charge for this service except in the case of excessive or repetitive requests where we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date and so on review, you may ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate.

If you are not happy with any aspect of how we collect and use your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk) stating your objections.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We regularly review our Privacy Policy and reserve the right to update it and publish a new Privacy Policy on our website.
